Before & After School Care (OSHC)
Jolly Frog is committed to delivering Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services exclusively for families and students enrolled at Westmead Public School. Our Before & After School Care Westmead program, tailored for K-Year 6 students, features a meticulously structured curriculum developed by qualified teachers.
Our programs are designed to foster children’s physical, mental, and creative development, ensuring they are well-rounded, meaningful, and affordable. Key learning areas encompass Creative Arts, Cooking, English, Drama, Dance, Maths, Music, Reading, Science, and Sport.
Operational during school days, Before School Care Westmead runs from 7:00 am to 8:45 am, providing a nutritious breakfast to students. After School Care Westmead extends from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, with younger children collected from their classrooms and signed into the program by our dedicated Jolly Frog staff. The afternoon program includes homework supervision and a wholesome afternoon tea
As part of our commitment to the well-being and safety of the students, Jolly Frog ensures that nutritious meals are provided.
Transportation (BUS Service)
Additionally, we offer safe transportation on a fully Air Conditioned Bus, equipped with all regulatory seating requirements, including boosters for seats. This ensures a comfortable and secure journey for the children as they travel to and from our Before & After School Care programs.
Our OSHC program not only supports families by providing a safe and engaging environment for their children outside regular school hours but also contributes to the holistic development of the students through a variety of stimulating activities and educational experiences.
Vacation Care

Our Vacation Care program, operational from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm throughout holiday periods, is designed to cater to the diverse interests of children. By offering a dynamic and interactive setting, we create a space where children can explore, learn, and enjoy a wide range of activities.

Transportation: How will my child travel to and from school? We provide a complimentary private bus service to and from Westmead Public School. Our bus service is Service NSW compliant, fitted with child boosters, is clean and air-conditioned.
Booking Availability: How far in advance do I need to book, and are places available when needed? Bookings should be made at least 24-48 hours ahead. There is no minimum requirement for days, allowing parents to select the days they need.
Staff Qualifications and Accreditation: What qualifications do the staff have, and what is the center’s NQS rating? Our program is led by a university-qualified teacher, supported by Children’s Services Diploma and Certificate 3 qualified team members. All staff members undergo extensive checks, including a Working with Child Check, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training. Our service is proudly rated as Meeting the National Quality Standard.
Costs: How much does it cost? As a Child Care Subsidy (CCS) eligible service, your out-of-pocket expense varies based on individual eligibility. To determine your fee reduction and check CCS eligibility, log into MyGov and complete your CCS assessment.
