Jolly Frog Kindergarten Westmead is a family-owned long day care and preschool at 5 Howe Street, Westmead, caring for children from 0 to 5 years. We offer warm, reliable child care and daycare for local families.

We're open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, and have been part of the Westmead community since 1959. Our play-based program follows the Early Years Learning Framework, and we are a Child Care Subsidy (CCS) approved service Meeting the National Quality Standard.

Families at Westmead Public School can also access our After School Care and Vacation Care (OSHC). Convenient for the wider Westmead, Parramatta and Wentworthville areas, including the Westmead health precinct.

Fees

At Jolly Frog Kindergarten, we keep our fees clear and transparent.

As an approved Child Care Subsidy (CCS) provider, eligible families receive government assistance to reduce their fees. CCS is paid directly to the service, and families pay the remaining gap.

Our daily fees, before subsidy:

0 – 2 years: $150 a day (8am – 6pm)
2 – 5 years: $85 a day (8am – 6pm)
After school care: $35 per session

We also offer NSW Start Strong fee relief for eligible children. Jolly Frog is funded at the maximum rate, so in 2026 it is worth:

Children aged 4 and above: up to $2,563 a year
3-year-olds: up to $769 a year
